New House
I am writing today from our new house back in the city! We moved here on June 22, and things are starting to take shape. Both John and I love being closer to everything, and we love our house. It is a little smaller, but we still have plenty of room. It is a 3-bedroom ranch with a large finished area in the basement with a bar and a projection tv area. We have a very small yard, but, after mowing 10 acres for 6 years, I am thrilled with that. (The day that we moved in John hired someone to mow our yard!) The yard is completely landscaped and quite nice. Quite a change from our wilderness retreat. I know that John will miss the old place during deer season, but he keeps saying that he loves it here.
