Today is Josiah’s 7th birthday.  We are going to see Alvin & the Chipmunks this morning to celebrate.

Well, another Christmas has come and gone, and all that is left is bits of wrapping paper on the floor.  We had a wonderful Christmas this year, and we are so blessed to have our family living so close.  Both boys and their wives and the grandkids were here together which we are so happy to have each year so far.  Mom came up in the afternoon, and Zeke and Carol came over too!  We were thrilled to have all the grandparents here this year.  The grandkids were lots of fun, and they were very appreciative of their gifts.  We had a nice brunch after opening gifts, and then most everyone took a nap.  Unfortunately, most of us have a pretty bad virus that is going around and hanging on and on and on . . . Hopefully, we will all be well here soon

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and are able to relax a bit now.  I am wondering what I will be doing with all my free time now that I don’t have to go shopping, wrap and prepare for visitors!  I am sure I will find something to so.  Happy New Year!

John and I hope all is well with you and your family, and that you are all ready for Christmas morning.  Our grandkids are very excited which helps to keep us all excited too.  I have never had any problem being excited at Christmas though.  I love the entire Christmas season!  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
